Gold Counrty Water Delivers Bottled Spring Water

FAQ (Frequently asked questions)

1. Where does your water come from?
It comes from a natural spring named Baxter in the California High Sierra mountains. Our spring water is extracted from this spring and then transported directly to the California Bottling Co. located in Roseville, California for filtration and bottling.

2. What is a non-spill adapter?
This device is installed on your dispenser. The non-spill adapter eliminates spillage and the need to remove the entire bottle cap when replacing bottles on your dispenser. Just pull the paper tab off from the bottle cap, and replace your bottle. Spills are no longer an issue.

3. How often will I receive deliveries?
Every three weeks.

4. What is the minimum bottle quantity that I must accept?
We traditionally deliver the same quantity of full bottles as there are empty bottles to be picked up. You may call us at least 24 hours in advance if you require more or less bottles.

5. What happens if I forget to leave my empty bottles out for pickup on delivery day?
Our driver will determine your on hand inventory and do a courtesy delivery if you are not present. He will pick up your empties during the next delivery day.

6. Do you charge for setup or require a bottle deposit fee?
No. The only exception is if there is any damage to the bottles while in your possession. In this case, there will be a $5.00 per bottle charge added to your monthly service.

7. How would I discontinue delivery service?
A 30 day advance notice is required to stop delivery service. If there are circumstances beyond your control, we will only add one month's dispenser rental charge to your monthly service. Full bottles will not be credited to your account.
